What will you contribute to the team?
- Manage the calendar and organize travel for the Vice President and their leadership team.
- Coordinate daily activities, determine priorities based on incoming information, and schedule meetings.
- Review governance processes and make recommendations to improve efficiency.
- Plan meetings and prepare all necessary materials.
- Participate in projects and prepare required presentations.
- Communicate on behalf of the Vice President and leadership with senior management and various organizations.
- Prepare and consolidate expense reports and other financial documents.
- Draft and prepare various types of documents (correspondence, reports, memos, etc.) according to required styles and formats.
- Update organizational charts.
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Draft internal and external correspondence in French and English.
