Position Overview
To provide comprehensive administrative, property, and personal support to Executive Director. The role requires a highly organized, discreet, and proactive individual who can effectively manage property-related matters, personal assistance and general administrative or ad-hoc responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities:
1) Property Management Support
β’ Coordinate and oversee daily operations of Executive Directorβs properties (residential and commercial properties).
β’ Liaise with tenants, property managers, contractors, and service providers.
β’ Monitor property maintenance schedules and ensure timely repairs and upkeep.
β’ Track rental collections, utility payments, service charges, and related documentation.
β’ Maintain records of property agreements, contracts, and compliance documents.
β’ Conduct site visits (if required) to ensure properties are well-maintained.
