The Executive supports the Managers in driving best practices, innovation, and strategic improvements across medical specialties in line with the Academic Health System (AHS) and Centre of Excellence (COE). The role is responsible for assisting in the development and maintenance of COE frameworks, coordinating cross‑functional activities, managing data and documentation, and supporting policy, governance, and service excellence initiatives. This position also plays a key role in stakeholder coordination, meeting facilitation, digital tool implementation support, and monitoring of specialty services across KPJ hospitals. The Executive ensures the smooth operational execution of projects, timely reporting, and effective communication among internal and external partners.
