Position Overview
You will be part of theHealth Policy Management team which handles health policy management of our IncomeShield and Long term Care Supplement plans. You will report to the manager ofHealth Policy Management team.
Key Responsibilities - Processing of premium refunds and related transactions such as allocation, checking, triggering/holding refunds, and expediting urgent requests within the expected turnaround time
- Handling of customer requests (refund endorsements, premium queries, credit card chargeback processing)
- Perform control checks, access reviews, incident handling
- Perform regular/adhoc quality checks on processes and correspondences
- Participate in process initiatives and contribute/give inputs on affected workflows/letters/system enhancements
- Liaise with other departments/sections on process reviews/investigation
