Excellence Internship Trainee (Start ASAP)

Support continuous improvement initiatives in operations and manufacturing at Carlsberg Malaysia, focusing on operational excellence and digitalization.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Support improvement projects across operations or commercial processes.
• Analyse data and identify inefficiencies to optimize performance (time studies, process flow mapping, cost efficiency).
• Apply knowledge of Continuous Improvement/Excellence in manufacturing.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to support continuous improvement.
• Assist with documentation, presentations, reporting, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and data analysis.
• Carry out other reasonable requests made by the manager to support departmental or company objectives.
• Ensure compliance with the Company’s policies including Health & Safety.
