TM Forum is a global membership alliance of 800+ organizations across the connectivity ecosystem. Members include the top 10 Communication Service Providers (CSPs), top three hyperscalers, leading Network Equipment Providers (NEP’s), and a wide range of vendors, consultancies, and system integrators.

Role Purpose

To ensure TM Forum creates and scales high‑value knowledge that enables members to understand, prioritise, and execute industry transformation.

The EVP Knowledge defines and sustains a clear, current, and evidence‑based industry point of view, structuring knowledge around Industry Missions and emerging topics. The role connects research, innovation, and member experience into coherent, actionable insight that drives real change.
