Description

The Evidence-Based Practice Specialist/Nurse Scientist supports infrastructure for the dissemination and application of evidence-based knowledge to improve nursing practice and related outcomes. Collaborates and consults with nursing leaders and clinical nursing staff to enhance professional nursing practice, patient care delivery, and outcomes of care using research and other forms of evidence. Provides mentorship and participates in the conduct and dissemination evidence-based practice initiatives. Responsible for educational development and support of nurse oral and written scholarly products for dissemination of clinical inquiry activities, including grant proposals, IRB applications, abstracts, manuscripts, as well as the Magnet applications for each of the system sites. Salary: $116,300 - $264,600 Annually
