Position Overview
Key Responsibilities: - Plan and manage corporate events, activations, and engagement activities end-to-end from initial concept through to on-site execution
- Coordinate all event logistics including venue sourcing, vendor management, catering, audiovisual requirements, and transportation
- Work closely with internal teams and clients to develop event concepts that are fully aligned with brand objectives and business goals
- Manage event timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure every event is delivered seamlessly and within scope
- Handle event registrations, guest lists, and on-site coordination to guarantee a smooth and professional attendee experience
- Liaise with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to maintain clear communication and ensure timely delivery of all event elements
