About the role:

We are seeking an Events Manager to join our China Meetings & Events Team.

We’re looking for an experienced events manager that has a strong understanding of event and experiential marketing and the ability to support in the strategic development of innovative and ground-breaking experiential concepts and execution across all event formats.

This role will work full-time on a Finance customer's account, servicing their stakeholders on their events portfolios. Includes virtual and in-person events.

What you’ll do:

Provide strategic direction and support on events pipeline in China including (but not limited to) experience design, activation concepts

End to End project management of events across all formats (in-person, virtual and hybrid) from inception to execution including comms, sourcing venues/vendors, budget management etc.
