About the role

The Event Services Manager reports to the Head of Events and is a senior role responsible for overseeing end‑to‑end event execution, leading a team of Event Managers, and managing ticketing operations across the venue. You will operate at the intersection of event delivery and client experience, ensuring every show meets and exceeds expectations.
