Event Planning Specialist

• Pay Rate: 60/hr
• Location: Bremner, Ontario - Onsite
• Contract Length: 8 Months

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute corporate events for the East region
• Coordinate with marketing team and external vendors (e.g., caterers)
• Support 6–7 major upcoming events
• Handle internal office events (up to ~85 attendees)
• Ensure smooth planning, coordination, and execution of all events

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience
• Strong proficiency in:
• Microsoft Word
• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft PowerPoint
• Post-event reporting/service experience is an asset
