The Event Planning Group of the Rakuten University Section organizes and manages events for Rakuten Ichiba merchants, sharing our business strategy and operational expertise.
We are responsible for flagship events, including the Rakuten New Year Conference and Rakuten Town Meetings, which outline Rakuten Ichiba's vision and mid-term strategies. We also host the Rakuten Shop of the Year Award Ceremony, an annual event honoring the best among our 50,000+ merchants.
