Location: Tampa, FL 33610
Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours (may vary based on event needs)
Work Environment: Professional, conference center / corporate setting

Role Overview
This position supports the planning, coordination, and execution of meetings and events ranging from small internal meetings to large corporate conferences (10–500 attendees). The role combines front‑of‑house conference center operations with hands‑on event planning support and is best suited for someone highly organized, client‑focused, and comfortable managing logistics in a fast‑paced onsite environment.
