About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Event Operations Lead with 8–12 years of experience in an event agency environment. This role will be responsible for end-to-end event operations, including venue sourcing, vendor management, and swag procurement, ensuring seamless execution of high-quality events.

Key Responsibilities

Venue Sourcing & Management

• Research, identify, and evaluate venues based on event requirements, audience profile, and budget
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with venues
• Manage end-to-end venue booking process including site visits, coordination, and finalization
