Visit.org is looking for a passionate and ambitious Event & Operations Coordinator, located in Vietnam, to join our team remotely in a dual capacity spanning both event coordination and Shopify order fulfillment support. The Event & Operations Coordinator is a hybrid role combining event coordination and Shopify order fulfillment support. This person will manage event booking requests and daily communications with corporate, nonprofit, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event planning and execution, while also partnering with the logistics team to keep fulfillment operations running smoothly and orders processed accurately and on time.
