Position Overview
ROLE OBJECTIVE: The Event Manager is responsible for developing, planning, and executing strategic events that drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, enrolments, and franchise development opportunities across MindChamps. The role will oversee a wide range of events, including preschool open houses, franchise discovery sessions, education seminars, parent engagement programmes, community outreach activities, corporate partnerships and marketing campaigns. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and implement an annual events strategy aligned with the Group's business and growth objectives. Create, manage and lead the end-to-end integrated calendar of events across all MindChamps business units. Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility and lead generation through events.
