This role forms part of the Events team at Village n Life, based in Camps Bay, Cape Town.

The Role

As Event Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving event and banqueting revenue while overseeing the full coordination and delivery of group, corporate and private events across selected Village n Life properties. This is a commercially focused role that balances sales, planning and on-the-ground execution.

You’ll convert enquiries into confirmed business, develop event products and packages, manage key client relationships and ensure every event is delivered smoothly and professionally. The role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, understands how events impact the wider hotel operation and can keep standards high when pressure is on.
