Business Manager – Employee Engagement, Offsites & Events

Experience: 7–10 years

We are looking for a commercially driven Business Manager to grow and manage our Employee Engagement, Corporate Offsites and Events business.

This is a client-facing, revenue-owning role that requires strong solution selling, execution oversight, vendor management and P&L ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business and account growth with corporate clients
• Understand client needs and convert them into sharp engagement, offsite and event solutions
• Lead pitches, proposals, commercials, negotiations and closures
• Own end-to-end project delivery with support from internal teams and external partners
