Reporting to the Senior Manager of Marketing & Communications, the Event Coordinator will assist in the planning, execution, and promotion of 15-20 events annually across the US. These events will support Our Client's commercial objectives and enhance brand equity, market share, and revenue. This full-time position will involve close collaboration with various departments within Our Client (CVI), including Marketing, Corporate Accounts, Professional Affairs, Sales, Finance, and key customers. The Event Coordinator will also help build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors to support the successful execution of events.
The core responsibilities include supporting event logistics, vendor coordination, budget tracking, and internal communications.
