Job DescriptionWe are looking to grow our brilliant team of Care Professionals for tea time and evening calls from 19.00 - 22.30. We provide quality care that makes a real difference to the people we care for at home. With a minimum of an hour long calls and personalised support with clients who you're matched with, this is home care at its very best.Our Care Professionals are trained to help our clients remain independent, active and safe.
