Deliverables: The assessment will include the following outputs:

• Inception Report (a) A work plan and inception report no later than 4 weeks after the signature of the contract. It should include background, project profile analysis, full review of documentation, detailed work plan, evaluation methodology, data collection instruments, and stakeholder analysis. Draft instruments for survey, focus groups and interviews should also be included.
• Field Visit Report and preliminary findings (b) No later than 10 weeks. It should include main results of field visits and preliminary findings based on data analysis of surveys, interviews and focus groups.
• Draft final evaluation Report (c) No later than 12 weeks. Preliminary report for revision and comments by PPOD and ERG. Includes main draft results and findings, conclusions, lessons learned, sustainability and potential improvements in project management and coordination of similar...
