Responsibilities

Manage and track EUC assets such as laptops, desktops, and peripherals.

Coordinate asset deployment, returns, and inventory updates.

Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders on service delivery matters.

Provide timely updates and support for service requests and issues.

Work with internal teams and vendors to ensure service standards are met.

Maintain proper documentation and asset records.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in EUC asset management or IT support is preferred.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Basic understanding of IT service delivery processes.
