Responsibilities As a ETHICS PROGRAM MANAGER at the GS-0301-12/13 some of your typical work assignments may include: Direct and oversee the agency-wide Ethics Program as the senior technical authority to ensure enterprise compliance. Draft legally binding conflict of interest disqualification memoranda and post-government employment advisory opinions. Review and certify public and confidential financial disclosure reports (OGE 278/450) as a delegated reviewing official. Design, develop, and evaluate comprehensive agency-wide ethics training curriculums for senior leaders and staff. Serve as the definitive authority on procurement integrity for high-value and sensitive source selection processes.
