The Role The role leads and manages end-to-end recruitment for complex GTM and sales roles across Japan, Singapore, and Australia, including defining success profiles, sourcing and assessing candidates through competency-based interviews aligned with organizational values, and managing the full offer process, including equity and region-specific considerations. Serve as a strategic advisor to GTM leadership and key stakeholders, leveraging market insights and funnel data to shape hiring strategies and drive outcomes. Ensure alignment between local hiring practices and global talent acquisition standards across APJ while operating in a distributed, cross-time-zone environment.
