**Description**

Burns & McDonnell India (BMI) is seeking Engineers with prior experience in Estimating, Tendering & Proposal in the Transmission & Distribution (T&D) industry. A successful candidate should possess strong skills in costing, analytical thinking, problem-solving, organizational abilities. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities are essential, along with attention to detail, teamwork, and the capability to work independently. A high level of proficiency in computer applications, interpersonal skills, and customer service aptitude are crucial.

+ Review project specifications, blueprints, and related documentation to assess the project scope and accurately determine resource requirements.

+ Develop factored and bottoms up Class 5, 4 and 3 (conceptual, feasibility and budget authorization) estimates for transmission and distribution projects (T-line or Substations).
