Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator – Roads and Asphalts to support tendering and cost estimation activities for road and infrastructure projects. The role requires strong expertise in asphalt production, cost analysis, and coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure competitive and accurate project bids.

Key Responsibilities

Tendering & Estimation

• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project scope
• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for asphalt works
• Estimate production costs, including bitumen, aggregates, fuel, manpower, and equipment
• Obtain and evaluate supplier quotations

Costing & Coordination

• Calculate plant production costs (per ton/m²)
• Estimate transportation, plant, and machinery usage
• Prepare cost analysis, P&L projections, and update rates based on market trends
