Position Overview
Responsibilities - Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to understand scope and requirements
- Prepare detailed BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for civil works, joinery, gypsum, flooring, ceiling, MEP, and finishes
- Analyze project costs including materials, labour, subcontractor quotations, equipment, and overheads
- Perform quantity take‑offs using software or manual methods
- Develop accurate cost estimates for tender submissions, budgetary proposals, and change orders
- Update cost databases, pricing lists, and historical data for future projects
- Evaluate offers based on technical compliance and price competitiveness
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure best pricing and reliable deliveries
