Overview

We are looking for a resultdriven Estimator to prepare precise and competitive cost estimates for interior fitout projects. The candidate should have sound knowledge of UAE material pricing market rates and fitout specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze drawings, BOQs and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Prepare tender submissions technical/commercial proposals and value engineering options.
• Identify costeffective materials and solutions aligned with client budgets.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotes.
• Update cost database regularly with market fluctuations and trends.
• Collaborate with QS and procurement teams during project phase.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering Architecture or Estimation.
• 2-3 years UAE experience in interior fitout estimation.
