Hire Resolve is seeking an experienced Estimating Buyer to join our client at their leading construction firm.
In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials and services for construction projects, ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
Cost Estimation:
Create accurate cost estimates for materials, equipment, and services needed for construction projects. Review project plans and drawings to figure out material and labor needs. Work with project managers, engineers, and architects to understand project details. Research market prices to find cost-saving opportunities. Tender Management:
Prepare and send out Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and Invitations to Tender (ITTs) to suppliers and subcontractors. Review and compare tenders to make sure they meet project requirements and budget.
