Key Responsibilities:
Working closely with Directors / Surveyors to take off and prepare accurate bills of quantities including all relevant supporting dimensions in a clear format understandable by the Contracts team. Price bills of quantities using an electronic estimating system with agreed rates and output. Prepare tender submission letters in accordance with Company operating procedures. Highlight any abnormalities between the drawings and specification indicating whether they may work in the Company’s favour increasing the profitability of the contract.
