We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Restoration Estimator to assess property damage, develop accurate cost estimates, and coordinate with clients, insurance companies, and internal teams to ensure restoration projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities

+ Conduct on-site inspections to evaluate the extent of damage caused by fire, water, mold, or natural disasters.

+ Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for restoration and repair projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.

+ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear updates and addressing questions or concerns throughout the project lifecycle.

+ Work closely with insurance companies to provide all required documentation and support efficient processing of claims.
