About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Estimating Quantity Surveyor to join our B+K Property Services, based at Robert W Kirkland House, Alfreton Road, DE21 4AG to an existing team alongside our Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors.
This is a full permanent role. Ideally 8 hours over 5 days per week, 07:30 – 4:30pm.
Duties of the Role:
Pricing works from £1,000.00 to £500,000.00.Dealing with subcontractors and obtaining prices for works.Elements of works priced, labour, plant and material alongside the subcontract packages.Management of projects commercially once on sitePricing of variations once works are on site.Preparation of subcontract ordersCompleting CVR documents for the larger projects and commercial sheets for smaller schemes Key Skills & Experience Required:
