The Role

As the Estimating Manager , you will be the technical lead and commercial driver for our estimating department in Witham. You will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of high-value quotations for major lightning protection and specialist power earthing projects , ensuring technical excellence across the board.

You will also lead and manage a small team of estimators , fostering accuracy, efficiency, and commercial success.
