We are currently working exclusively with a local government based in Kent who are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Estates Surveyor to join a dynamic and ambitious team.

As part of a dedicated group of surveyors aligned to one of three property portfolios, you will play a pivotal role in delivering professional property advice in accordance with RICS standards and our clients constitution.

This role is offering up to £45,000 plus an annual retention bonus and a hybrid working policy of c. 2 days per week in the office with one day designated to site visits.
