Oversee the development and maintenance of heritage outreach initiatives by planning schedules and coordinating with contractors for fabrication, installation, structural maintenance, and cleaning works.
Liaise with community partners such as schools and commercial venues, including handling booking enquiries, conducting site visits with contractors, and preparing procurement and billing documentation.
Liaise with various stakeholder groups to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of community galleries.
Develop SOPs and best practices for administration, operations, and maintenance of infrastructure supporting heritage outreach initiatives.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Minimum a diploma in any discipline.
Possess project management and/or operations background with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
