Responsibilities
- Provide work schedule plan and implement per established work schedule.
- Plan input needs for all field activities.
- Ensure work output quality meets company standards.
- Ensure worker and equipment productivity reach set company targets.
- Ensure operating costs are controlled and do not exceed the allotted company budget.
- Ensure health and safety procedures are complied with.
- Conduct rollcall each working day.
- Prepare work progress records and check roll for all field activities and update them at the specified time.
- Prepare progress payment certificates for contract work and other related matters.
- Maintain welfare and train subordinates to become competent and disciplined workers.
- Supervise supervisory, checker, driver and contractor works in the scope area.
