Ensure the quality of onboarding is in line with our standards as set out in the H2 W and done within our business durations. Communicate with families/next of kin/beneficiaries and brokers, keeping them well informed during estate onboarding. Ensure that all active enquiries that will not be converted to an estate are deactivated within our business durations, and instruction sent to ECA to action. Ensure that renunciations are dealt with as per our business process – telephone discussion with beneficiaries and broker, sending of terms letter and follow-ups if terms letter expires.
