Job Description
- Oversee daily estate operations, including maintenance, security, and utilities
- Manage contractors, service providers, and operational teams
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, legal, and regulatory requirements
- Plan and implement maintenance, upgrades, and long-term estate improvements
- Manage budgets, procurement, and operational performance
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting
- Act as the main point of contact for homeowners, stakeholders, and the Board
- Handle queries, resolve issues, and ensure smooth estate operations
- Support strategic planning and development of the estate
Qualifications
- Relevant degree preferred (Property, Facilities, Business or similar)
- Proven experience in estate/property/facilities or operational management
