Bela – Bela area – Limpopo: The Estate Maintenance Assistant will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day maintenance of all reserve infrastructure. POSITION INFO:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• 3 Years maintenance experience
• Red Seal in low voltage electrical engineering advantageous
• Previous project management experience
• Proven experience in the following
  • Welding
  • Carpentry
  • Plumbing
  • Low voltage electrical fault finding and repair
• Valid driver’s licence

RESPONSIBILITES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO

• Day-to-day maintenance of all infrastructure, special projects, minor construction works, HVAC systems, water reticulation, boreholes, solar, gas installations & septic systems.
