**Key Responsibilities**
- To know and align with local import and export regulations applicable to Clinical Research related to drugs, vaccines, health products, laboratory kits, electronic equipment and auxiliary materials
- Prepare and send process documents to Anvisa, Federal Revenue, broker, freight forwarder and customer
- Gather documents and initial data for studies/projects before they start in the country.
- Review invoices, bill of lading, approval of studies among other BPC documents
- Lead administrative maintenance of processes and files, opening folders, preparing forms and documenting the information of each study
- Populate department and customer metrics
- Keep customers informed of the status of cases
- Notice and report deviations and/or lack of compliance in the process and documents
- Feed the systems of the company and clients
