Job Description:

Scope of Role

As ESS Delivery Head NA for automotive embedded software, the suitable candidate shall be based in Detroit, NA to guide embedded delivery teams and also engage with customer to understand the requirements clearly. The ESS Delivery Head NA shall lead customer delivery engagements in Stellantis, JLG , Cummins, etc.

Knowledge / Experience:
Minimum of 18 years experience in automotive embedded software

Experience working globally with customers (OEMs/Tier1s) in different geographies

Knowledge of complete V-cycle of Embedded software development

Hands-on working experience with Embedded C and AUTOSAR development using Vector, ETAS, etc.

Knowledge of Model-Based development and auto-coding

Exposure to System Engineering and Requirements
