Guide the administration of the total compensation and benefits package in a fair, equitable, and competitive manner that aligns with the plant's strategy and objectives, based on national, regional, and/or global standards. Warranty KPIs accomplishment. Verify that compensation practices comply with current Mexican legislation (pay equity, human rights, etc.) And warranty usage of compensation tools like : way to go, PRAP, etc. Ensure that compensation offers for candidates and internal promotions meet internal criteria/rules.
