**Gestão de Terceiros (Third Party Management):**

· Realizar o processo de Due Diligence para todos os Terceiros relacionados a vendas da BDI (distribuidores, consultores, entre outros) no Brasil, por meio dos processos e plataformas específicas de E&C.

· Controlar e monitorar contratos de distribuição no Brasil, notificando os gerentes de negócio com 90 dias de antecedência antes do vencimento do contrato.
