The Training Specialist is instrumental in fostering a robust safety culture within the project by delivering comprehensive training and development programs. This position requires individuals who are both passionate and knowledgeable, capable of providing regulatory instruction and promoting best practice methodologies to advance the Environmental, Safety, and Health (ESH) program. Responsibilities include the implementation of effective teaching strategies to enhance knowledge and engagement across a diverse workforce.
