The firm is looking to further develop its excellent sustainability credentials with an ESG Manager to support the team internally on all ESG and sustainability related matters. **What the job involves**
- Further develop the firm's ESG strategy and policies
- Coordinate implementation of agreed ESG targets
- Prepare adequate plan for implementation of policies
- Implement policies
- Facilitate training of employees in policies
- Liaise with different parts of the organization to create and operationalize ESG strategy
- Ensure development and annual updates of ESG strategy with ambitious and specific long term targets
- Work strategically to maximise ESG impact and meet stated ambition
