Your specific duties will include: Ability to handle a Real Estate Title file from Sales Contract through preparing the HUD/Closing Disclosure. Review Title Search and clear title issues. Communicate with all parties involved in the transaction, i.e., Buyers, Real Estate Agents, Builder, and Lenders. Prepare all documents for closing. Schedule Closings: Doesn't require Closing at the Table Required qualifications for the position include : 3-5 years of experience in a Title/Escrow Closer position.
