Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Escrow Assistant to support daily administrative operations for a busy office in San Diego, California. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys providing front-office support, handling incoming calls, and maintaining accurate records in a well-organized environment. The role requires strong organizational skills, consistent follow-through, and the ability to assist both clients and internal teams with a high level of service.
Responsibilities:
• Manage front-desk and administrative support activities to help keep office operations organized and efficient.
• Respond to inbound phone calls courteously, direct inquiries appropriately, and relay messages in a timely manner.
• Enter, update, and maintain records with accuracy while ensuring documentation is complete and properly filed.
• Welcome visitors and provide receptionist support to create a positive and well-organized office experience.
