This is a Grade 6, technical troubleshooter role for an experienced escalator professional who can diagnose complex faults, support engineers on site, and ensure safe and reliable operation in a high-profile airport environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Advanced fault finding and troubleshooting on escalators
• Technical support to field engineers and service teams
• Major repairs, adjustments, and reliability improvements
• Ensure compliance with KONE safety standards and Heathrow procedures
• Accurate reporting using KONE digital systems
• Support and mentor junior engineers
