About The Role

We are looking for a Functional Consultant with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) and ERP presales to join our growing team. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, deliver ERP solutions, and support the sales process through product demonstrations and solution presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements through client discussions and workshops.
• Configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
• Support presales activities, including product demos, presentations, and proposal preparation.
• Collaborate with technical teams on system customization, integrations, and reporting.
• Manage implementation activities from design, testing, UAT, Go-Live, to post-implementation support.
