What you’ll be doing

We are looking for an experienced ERP Change Lead to play a key role in a major transformation programme, supporting the implementation of SAP Ariba and Fieldglass across Thames Water.

In this role, you will lead and deliver change management activity across a complex, organisation‑wide programme. You will ensure the business is prepared for change, with clear strategies, strong stakeholder engagement and a focus on driving positive adoption.
